Starlines (Virtual Retreat)

This unique blend of sounds along with images from many space telescopes and an update on astronomical discoveries, supports your journey into inter-dimensional frontiers.  Explore energy systems available within Focus levels 34/35 and beyond.  Experience the parallels between outer space and inner space explorations.

Know Yourself as an Even Greater Being. During this advanced program, explore life and consciousness beyond the Earth/Human realm. Travel through the solar system other star systems in our Milky Way galaxy, and beyond. Familiarize yourself with the consciousness of various celestial bodies, retrieve memories, make contact with higher intelligence and higher inner guidance and receive messages/communications.

How it works

1. Starlines Virtual Retreat is a 5½ day real-time interactive online retreat.
2. The daily schedule is the time the program is offered in each time zone.
   
   1. Day 1 begins at 3 pm (ET) with an overview, introductions, logistics and an audio exercise. The day ends at 6 pm.
   2. Days 2-6 begin at 9:00 am (ET). Each day is different and includes 3-5 audio meditation exercises, activities, videos, and short presentations with a break for lunch. Each day ends at 6:15 pm.
   3. If you are choosing a date not in your time zone you may calculate your local time here.
3. A welcome chat is required. One of your trainers will email you to schedule a welcome chat for a mutually convenient time the week before the program’s start date. Please respond promptly to their email. You may be unable to participate in the program if your trainer is unable to conduct a welcome chat with you before the program begins.
4. The program will be conducted using Zoom meeting, a popular online platform for video conferencing and interactive online instruction. Audio exercises will be streamed through the Zoom platform and also available for streaming through your Monroe account during the retreat.
5. Reliable internet connection with a recommended minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps for streaming the exercises. Speed test your internet https://www.speedtest.net/
   
6. You will need headphones and a computer with a camera and microphone for video communications Over-ear wired stereo headphones or high-quality earbuds are recommended with a cord long enough to reach the place where you will be listening to the exercises.
7. To ensure you have true stereo sound, you can use this Audio Test. You should hear a pulsating frequency from ear to ear.

Due to the nature of the content of this program and in consideration of the confidentiality of participants, we do not record our virtual programs. Therefore, they are not available for replay or sale.
